Product Description

Like other book tests we've produced, Persuasion is entirely examinable; from the first page to the last the gaff is hidden in plain sight. Even if you're looking for it, you'll NEVER find the gaff. Yet, there it is right in front of you-on every single page. Easy to learn right out of the box, you'll be able to blow people's mind with this seemingly innocent tome.

Jane Austen (December 16m 1775-July 18, 1817) was an English novelist whose writing on social commentary and masterful use of free indirect speech and irony earned hear a place as one of the most widely read and beloved authors in English literature. Persuasion was written over a one year period between August 1815-1816 just before her death and is widely considered the thinking person's Pride and Prejudice-her most popular novel.

The Jane Austen Persuasion Book Test is an exact duplication of her original masterpiece, with some special magic woven into each page.

 Here's how it works:

A spectator freely selects any page and you know the first word on the page. It's that simple and direct. No questions have to be asked and nothing is written down. There are no page forces and you never have to know the page number. It is perfect for walk around performances because there are only two steps-the spectator chooses the page and you divine the first word without hesitation. There is nothing to memorize and you don't need any information from the spectator! There's no pumping, no mirrors, no switches, no equivoque, no forces, nothing.

Persuasion is completely examinable before and after the performance and anyone can read the book from the beginning to end without ever finding the gaff. Let us say it again, you CAN READ THE ENTIRE BOOK from front to back. There are no duplicate prediction words; the gaff is TOTALLY self-contained. And guess what... you can repeat it as many times as you want! Yes, you can do it for one person and then immediately do it for one of their friends right in front of them and they'll never know how you did it. Now how many effects are there on the market that can honestly make this claim?

You will love carrying this little miracle around with you!

  1. Fantastic Book test with a classic!

This is a great book tests. Like many of the others here, it uses the flash back principle but this book test would be appealing to young women and educators. The cover art and type setting are also well done and it will pass as a real book with no problem.
